Powerlifting competition prep.
This is a full 16 week prep for those looking to compete at a sanctioned powerlifting meet such as USPA or USAPL. All of the prep will be handled for you so you can focus on being your best self on the day of the meet. This prep includes:
- 16 week programming (custom to you and your goals / needs)
- Full nutrition programming / planning - including meet day.
- On site handling for meet day. I will be at your meet (OHIO ONLY) handle attempt selection and warm up selections. overall readiness for the day to make sure you are comfortable during the meet and just focus on what you do best - lifting!
- 24/7 access to me.
- Unlimited video reveiw.
- Weekly check ins.
- Upon purchasing - I will reach out via email to collect more information and set up a meet that works for you. Then prep begins!
